Apples: 2 (peeled, cored, and chopped)

Water: 500 ml

Cinnamon stick/slice: 1 stick/10 grams

Cloves: 2

Honey: As needed (can be adjusted according to personal preference)

Lemon juice: a little

Prepare the ingredients: Peel and core the apple and cut it into chunks. Rinse the cinnamon stick/slices and cloves briefly.

  1. Place apple chunks, cinnamon sticks, cloves, star anise, and water in a pot. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to a simmer, cover, and cook for 20-30 minutes.
  2. Strain the cooked apple soup to remove the pulp.
  3. Add appropriate amounts of honey and lemon juice to the strained broth for seasoning, and stir well.
