Delivery method in Hong Kong:

- We use SF Express to provide delivery services. For shipping details, please refer to the SF official website. The recipient may need to pay other additional charges.

- In-stock items will be shipped within 5 working days after full payment is received.

- If there are out-of-stock items in the order, they will be shipped after all items are in stock.

- Pre-ordered items will be shipped within 7-14 working days after full payment is received. If the order is confirmed on Saturday, Sunday, public holiday or after 3pm, it will be processed on the next working day.

- Once the order is shipped, address changes must be arranged directly with SF Express. Relevant costs are borne by the customer.

- If the shipment cannot be successfully delivered due to personal reasons, please contact SF Express directly for further arrangements. If delivery fails multiple times, your order may be canceled without refund.
