Refund policy

 

Customers shall read the product details and other information carefully before purchases. 

If there is any problems with the products’ quality, please contact our Customer Service immediately. 

The below reasons are treated as normal conditions but not a quality issue:

* Particular or Personal preferences ( I.e. the product doesn’t fit one’s taste) 

* Any minor color difference varies from the product photos may be due to the lighting for photo shooting, the resolution of display monitor or personal perception.

* The size and weight shown on our web site is a general guideline. Any minor size difference varies from the product specification that may be caused by different measuring methods.

* Discount and sale products are not accepted for exchange and refund 

If you would like to exchange or refund the products, please contact our Customer Service via e-mail to joylabhk@gmail.com or via IG inbox to make your request on exchange within 2 days from the date of your receipt.  Please list your name, order number, product name, reasons for exchange/refund, defect photos( if applicable).

Since our products are free from pesticides and preservatives, there is chances that some bugs eggs could have been laid in the hidden spots on plants.  We are sorry that they are unfeasible to be screened in the packing process, and they hatch under certain circumstances.  

Our customers’ health beings are the top priority.  After we weight the pros and cons, we stand firm not to add pesticides and preservatives in order to bring the 100% additives free products to our customers.
